‘Change’ digital illustrations
During the lockdowns of 2021, I dusted off the old film camera and took photos of the changing seasons that were represented on the trees in our neighbourhood. I loved the colours that came out in these so decided to take it one step further and digitally paint the photographs. Usually being a user of Adobe Illustrator for projects like this one, I decided to use Photoshop to create the art in this project.
The printed and framed artwork was presented in an exhibition run by Gems Zine at the Queen Victoria Women’s Centre, Melbourne CBD, at the beginning of 2022.
